Charlotte County Children's Theatre is dedicated to offering performance opportunities to the youth of Charlotte County. We were founded in 2017 and made our debut performance with Godspell Jr. featuring dedicated students, some of which are still with us in varying aspects of theatre and its production. This group was set-up as a 501(c)(3) non-profit and is run on a volunteer basis. 

We strive to make a home away from home for all students involved and understand the importance of building confidence, communication and team-work skills, self-discipline, and public speaking skills. Scholastic achievement has been clinically studied in students who participate is the arts and participants have shown scholastic improvement, as well as emotional wellness.

By participating in the arts, children are able to express themselves in ways that other methods of learning have not been able to achieve, not to mention the sense of achievement and accomplishment when a child finishes their first or fiftieth production. We want everyone to feel their star shine bright!
